It's usually more comfortable to place a cushion under her bottom for support. The man then positions himself between her legs while she moves her pelvis from side to side. Beginner is a natural place to start. Choose Intermediate or Advanced when you both feel like exploring further. There is no need to work through every level.
What language are the cards in?

Do we have to try everything?
You set the pace together. Pick what you both want to explore, skip anything that does not feel right, and stop whenever you like. Twosome games are for adults aged 18 and over.
