We do care about your privacy! The Twosome Project Game comes in a discreet black unbranded box for your privacy and will show as "Clouds & Cactus LLC" on your bank statement.

We ship worldwide directly from our printing factory partner. Due to an increased demand of the Twosome Project game, please expect a delay in our deliveries. We are trying our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Currently, you can expect a processing time of 24h and the delivery within 8-10 business days (5-7 for the USA).

Once the article is "fulfilled" in 24h, a tracking number is sent by email to the customer.

Additional Charges:

Please be aware you may be facing additional charges including import customs duties and Value Added Tax (VAT). Please note that all custom fees are the liability of our customers. We are not able to cover or offer a refund for customs charge fees.

Lost or stolen package:

Nothing to worry about, you are in good hands. Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and we will help you out.

Returns:

If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, or you do not want the item anymore, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note, delivery fee is non refundable. The item must be unused and in it’s original condition. Please contact our customer service team at hello@twosomeproject.com to arrange the return.
